3. Order Placement and Confirmation

• Once an order is placed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to you.
• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, our representative will call to confirm the order's authenticity.
• An order is considered officially accepted by us only after it has been shipped.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online payments processed via our secure gateway, Razorpay.

Refunds for COD orders will be issued only via bank transfers or UPI. In some exceptions, refunds for online transactions may also be processed similarly.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of product delivery.
• Due to hygiene concerns, panties, shapewear, and lingerie sets (bra and panty sets) are non-returnable.
• If the product matches your order, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
• If you received an incorrect product, the Company will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Shipping Policy

Our logistics partners are Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Shipway.

• Products are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
• North India & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
• South India: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

7. Offers and Promotions

We may offer discounts, freebies, and promotions periodically. Please note:

• Special offers are limited to one per customer.
• Discounts cannot be applied to already discounted items.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice.

8. Content Usage
