7-Day Easy Returns Hygiene First Secure Refunds
Friendly Reminder: Please initiate any return or exchange request via our online portal within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Every returned item undergoes a mandatory quality and hygiene inspection.
1) Order Cancellation Policy
- You have the flexibility to cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our facility.
- For prepaid orders, the refund process begins within 7 business days of cancellation approval. Please note, your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to credit the amount to your account.
- Once an order is packed or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2) Return Eligibility Conditions
- Your return request must be logged within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags, packaging, and inserts must be included with the return.
- Final approval for all returns is subject to a successful quality and hygiene inspection.
Eligible Product Category
- Bras – Eligible for return or exchange due to sizing issues or manufacturing defects.
Note on Exchanges
Each item is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Subsequent requests for the same item will not be accepted.
3) Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Panties
- Shapewear
- Lingerie Sets
- Adhesive Bras or accessories
- Pasties
- Gift Cards & Store Credits
4) Exclusions for Returns
A return may be rejected under these conditions:
- Product shows any signs of being worn or washed.
- Item has stains, marks, or smells of deodorant/perfume.
- Original tags, packaging, or the invoice are missing.
- If a returned item fails our quality check, the return is voided and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
5) Hassle-Free Exchange Policy
- Submit your exchange request within 7 days of delivery through our portal.
- Each product is limited to one exchange.
- If your new item is of a lower value, the difference will be provided as Store Credit.
- If your new item is of a higher value, you must prepay the difference to complete the exchange.
- A nominal fee of ₹49 is applied for reverse pickup on exchanges, which is payable when you receive your new item.
6) How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Center: Go to within 7 days of delivery.
- Submit Your Request: Enter your order details, select return/exchange, provide a reason, and upload clear photos of the product and invoice.
- Schedule Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup. If your PIN code is not serviceable for pickup, you will be required to self-ship the item. Shipping costs for self-shipment are non-refundable.
- Applicable Charges: The reverse-pickup fee is ₹100 for returns and ₹49 for exchanges. This fee is waived if you received a wrong or defective item (photo proof required).
- Inspection Process: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check, which takes 24–48 business hours.
- Resolution: Upon approval, your exchange or refund will be processed promptly.
7) Our Refund Process
a) For Prepaid Orders
- Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval. Banks may take an additional 3–7 business days to process the credit.
- GST is refunded for all eligible returns. However, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are only refunded if the wrong or a defective product was delivered.
b) For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD refunds are primarily issued via Bank Transfer or UPI.
- If this is not feasible, we will issue the refund as Store Credit to your Intimist account.
8) Return Packaging Guidelines
- Please fold all items neatly and place them in their original packaging.
- Ensure all tags, inserts, and the original invoice are included.
- For Self-Shipping: Use a secure outer box or bubble wrap to prevent damage. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
