Shipping Timeline

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• North India & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery is expected within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
• South India & Other Locations: Delivery is expected within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Providers

We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Shipway to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• A shipping fee of ₹99 is applied to all orders below ₹499.
• Enjoy free shipping on all orders of ₹499 or more.

Order Confirmation

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: These are confirmed through a verification message or call to ensure authenticity before processing.
• Order Dispatch: A confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.

Return Shipping Costs

• Correct Order: If the product matches your order and you wish to return or exchange it, the return shipping costs will be borne by you and deducted from the refund amount.
• Incorrect/Damaged Order: If you receive a wrong or damaged item, all return shipping costs will be borne by Intimist.in.

Delivery Restrictions

• We deliver to locations all across Pan-India.
• Currently, we do not support international shipping.
